OneFamily Over 50s Easter Competition Terms and Conditions

There are two ways to win prizes in our Easter competition.

Life Cover Sales Competition

Each of our 3 regions (North, South and Telephone Account Manager accounts) has 5 prizes on offer.

The broker/adviser who sells the most OneFamily Over 50s Life Cover policies between Monday 15 February 2021 and Friday 26 March 2021 will win a large luxury Easter Egg.

Each subsequent winner in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place will win an Easter egg of descending value.

Winners will be notified of the good news on Monday 29 March by the relevant OneFamily Over 50s Life Cover Business Development Manager.

Children’s Easter Art Competition

We are also asking brokers/advisers to submit Easter art created by children they know under the age of 12 to win a Giant Bunny or Easter Egg.

Share the youngsters Easter art on Twitter or LinkedIn publicly with the hashtag #onefamilyeastercompetition along with their age.

There’s two age groups – 0-5 and 6-11. We will award two prizes for each age group:

  • 1st prize a Giant cuddly Bunny
  • 2nd prize a luxury Easter Egg.

The art should include the OneFamily logo and be Easter-themed.

Winners will be announced on the OneFamily Adviser social media channels on 29 March and prizes distributed on the same day.

Life Cover Sales Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. OneFamily reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
  2. The promoter of the Over 50s Sales Competition is Family Assurance Society Limited (incorporated under the Friendly Societies Act 1992 Reg No 939F trading as OneFamily) whose registered office is at 16-17 West Street Brighton East Sussex BN1 2RL.
  3. All participants/brokers can take part in the OneFamily Over 50s Easter Competition.
  4. There is a total of 15 prizes.
  5. Each Prize is an Easter Egg of different sizes. OneFamily reserve the right to substitute any part of the prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. The prizes are as stated, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  7. The Easter Incentive will run from Monday 15th Feb – Friday 26th March included.
  8. All winners will be notified on 29th March 2021 by the OneFamily Business Development Manager.
  9. There are 3 regions which will be included in the competition and it will be the top 5 brokers/advisers in each region that win a prize, subject to achieving a minimum of 5 sales - North, South and Telephone Account Manager accounts.
  10. In any case of circumstances beyond OneFamily’s reasonable control, OneFamily reserve the right to cancel, extend or shorten the period of the participation or alter in any way whatsoever their terms and conditions.
  11. OneFamily cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any participant entering into the OneFamily Over 50s Easter Competition or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude OneFamily’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  12. OneFamily must publish and make available the weekly results of the OneFamily Over 50s Easter Competition week commencing 29th March upon request in writing.

Children’s Easter Art Competition Terms and Conditions

  8. All winners will be notified on 29th March 2021 by the OneFamily Business Development Manager.
  9. The winners must advise of their association links with the broker/adviser.
  10. Employees of OneFamily and their children cannot enter the competition.
