Intermediary satisfaction with OneFamily continues to soar

OneFamily is always on the lookout for new ways to improve the service we provide to advisers. That’s why we recently ran an in-depth survey to find out what the Intermediary market thinks about OneFamily and our products[1].

The survey results are now in, and OneFamily scored very highly:

  • 100% of Intermediaries agree that OneFamily provides products that they can sell with confidence
  • 95% say that OneFamily is easy to do business with; and
  • 95% agree OneFamily’s online facilities are quick and easy to use

It helps that OneFamily have a selection of 5 Star Rated products[2], and when you combine that with our simple and reliable service, it’s really no surprise that so many Intermediaries would recommend OneFamily to their colleagues:

  • 90% of Intermediaries are satisfied with OneFamily; and
  • Two-thirds of Intermediaries would recommend OneFamily to a fellow Intermediary.

Having a strong relationship with a Key Account Manager can really help IFAs in dealing with financial service providers and an impressive 91% of Intermediaries are satisfied with their OneFamily Key Account Manager.

The survey also revealed that Intermediaries are instinctively turning to their networks when looking for new ways to identify potential customers.  But don’t forget, OneFamily has also built up an extensive knowledge of the Over 50s market that you can tap into.

Intermediaries should also look out for the OneFamily ‘More to life than 50’ campaign which has just launched, revealing new and easier ways to sell Guaranteed 50 Plus Life Cover through identifying five key attitudes of customers.
